Bungee Fitness ™, a dance and fitness combination class, has been widely discussed over social media in recent months, and has been gaining much anticipation and momentum as the next big thing to hit the local fitness scene. Many are looking forward to adding it to their workout regimen and now you can take the class here at BAC!

She suggested I try their Alloy class. I chose the small group. I have met with Isaac twice a week since then. I feel incredible. The trainers push you and help you achieve or move beyond your goal. They teach you the exercises and help you succeed by showing you the right way to do them. The trainers are consistent.
