Class Descriptions
 
Cycling: This class is a cardiovascular workout performed to music on a stationary bike.  It is simple, fun and easy to learn. For everyone, all ages and fitness levels. You must sign up for class at the front desk. It is highly recommended that you wear bike shorts and bring a water bottle to class. Heart rate monitors suggested.     45 minute class.
 
Just Pump: An athletic based workout using various weights, working every major muscle group. Designed for all ages and fitness levels. This class will deliver quick results to tone and strengthen your body. 45 minute to 1 hour class.
 
Cardio Fusion: This class is a blend of aerobic exercise designed by the instructor. Some of the likely elements of this cardio class will be: Step Aerobics, Hi/Lo Aerobics, Kickboxing, and Interval. 30 minutes to 1 hour class. 
 
Hydro Aerobics: A water exercise class designed for all levels of physical fitness. The water environment puts less stress on your body's joints while adding resistance to help improve your muscle tone. No swimming ability is required; however participants must be comfortable in deep water. 45 minute class
 
Yoga I:  Renew your spirit and relax your mind while stretching and strengthening your body. It is recommended to bring your own Yoga mat.   45 minute to 1 hour class.
 
Yoga II : This class will focus on core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. It is recommended to bring your own Yoga mat.    45 minute to 1 hour class.
 
Chisel: This class is designed to incorporate muscle strength and endurance. A variety of equipment is used, including dumbbells, barbells, resistance tubing, stability balls and medicine balls. 45 minute class
 
Pilates: This class teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. It improves flexibility and agility. It can even help alleviate back pain. It is recommended to bring your own Yoga mat. 45 minute class.
 
Water Arthritis: This class is designed for individuals with moderate to severe joint problems. The objective of this class is to alleviate some of the pain, help with joint movement, strength and stamina. The intensity level of this class is low to moderate and can be modified depending on fitness level. Participants should be able to walk in the pool at low intensity. 45 minute class. 
 
Mature Adults in Motion (H20): This class promotes flexibility, muscle toning and range of movement. Class will use aqua-joggers and foam barbells. No swimming ability is required. 45 minute class. 
 
Step & Tone: This class combines high energy step with low weight resistance work for an overall cardiovascular and muscular workout. Great class for beginning steppers. 45 min to 1 hour class. 
 
Total Body Blast: This class combines all the components of group fitness. 30 minutes of pure cardio followed by intense muscle training. Can include, step, hi/lo, kickbox, body toning, power yoga, pilates and more. A great work out guaranteed. 1 hour class.
