Sandra Crawford

My name is Sandra Crawford. I am 71 years old. In October of 2015, I had lost 60 pounds. Now it was time for some strength training. I went into Billings Athletic Club and talked to Terry. She suggested I try their Alloy class. I chose the small group. I have met with Isaac twice a week since then. I feel incredible. I used to have trouble getting a large bag of dog food up my stairs and into my house. Now it’s a piece of cake.

Since I have enrolled in Alloy Personal Training, I feel healthier and have more energy. Alloy has changed my perspective on fitness, workouts can be fun and do not have to be 2 hours to see results. Every week is challenging and different. Being part of the team makes me feel accountable to the team. I know everyone in class, we all cheer each other on and help each other out. The trainers push you and help you achieve or move beyond your goal. They teach you the exercises and help you succeed by showing you the right way to do them. The trainers are consistent. Even though it's really about the team, you still get one on one suggestions and assistance. Go Team Alloy!!
